Welcome to the Pottinger Long-term Leadership Institute

Launching in May 2020, The Pottinger Long-term Leadership Institute will open up access to our award-winning financial education and leadership program and related training and development resources.  Developed over the last twenty years, our approach builds on traditional university, business school and professional qualifications to give decision-makers, leaders and entrepreneurs an enhanced ability to make the right decisions in the face of change and complexity.  Our philosophy is built on the principles set out in Nigel Lake's book The Long Term Starts Tomorrow.

Our program addresses eight subject areas, including business philosophy, strategy development, finance, public markets, M&A, risk, ethics and other areas.  Presented through short video discussions, the our ambition is that by sharing our experience and approach, we enable others to make better decisions by ensuring that short-term decisions are driven by long-term thinking.
